RETURNS

  • Please ensure that the items you are returning are in their original condition when sent back to us, with the original packaging.

  • LushChic is not responsible for any lost pieces unless faulty.

  • Products must be sent back within 14 days of delivery date (UK and International deliveries).

  • Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS

  • If you have experienced any faulty jewellery with LushChic please accept our sincerest apologies. Simply post the faulty item(s) back to us and upon receipt, we will either refund or replace and dispatch as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES

  • If you would like to exchange an item you will need to return the original order for a refund, and place a new order. 

  • Products must be sent back within 14 days of delivery date (UK and International deliveries).

  • LushChic does not accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at LushChic’s discretion.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • International customers can return their items within 14 days of the delivery date. 
     

  • To return items from overseas, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service such as FedEx, DHL and UPS to return your items to us.

  • LushChic does not accept responsibility for any items which do not reach us therefore, we advise that you use a trackable service.
     

  • Once we’ve received your return we’ll send you an email with an update. Returns are usually processed within seven working days, although this may vary during busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original account used at purchase; this will be marked on your bank statement as ‘LushChic’. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU.
     

  • In the rare occasion your item is faulty, please contact us to resolve the issue whether this is by refund or exchange. We currently do not offer a return service for customers who have changed their minds.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURNS

  • Refunds will be processed within ten working days of the date we receive the returned goods. Your bank may take up to five working days to credit your account. Refunds will be paid to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
